The Mill at Dover-Foxcroft is a 60,000-square-foot historic mill complex on the banks of the Piscataquis River. First built in the 19th century and lovingly renovated in 2015, the Mill has been reimagined as a vibrant mixed-use community featuring residences, office space, a café, and a boutique inn.

Each of our six guest rooms blends the character of the original mill with modern comfort, creating a warm and welcoming retreat for travelers. The Mill Cafe
At the heart of the complex, The Mill Café is a gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Our café features fresh, chef-inspired menus, house-baked goods, and locally roasted coffee — all served in a bright, inviting space that reflects the Mill’s historic charm. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and specialty items throughout the week, we also offer chef-inspired dining experiences on Friday and Saturday evenings, showcasing seasonal ingredients and creative dishes.
